If you eat meat every day, you can try not to eat meat at least two days a week. Don’t worry: some vegetables and beans contain more protein than meat. If you already (often) eat vegetarian and/or already eat organic and local: you can inspire others by sharing a photo or the recipe of your meal on social media or as an attachment to a message.
